Having an iPhone is amazing; the opportunities are endless. I find myself on my phone for most of the day. This may be sad, but everyone else is constantly on their phones all day; I might as well join them. There is only one problem with this; you must carry your iPhone charger with you! The phone can hold a charge, you would be surprised to know how quickly it dies while updating statuses, taking pictures, and being constantly on your phone.
While these phones (http://www.apple.com) are the greatest invention, they aren't perfect. Typically, they don't hold a full charge for longer than one day. That is only if you aren't constantly on your phone. If my phone dies, then my day is done.
I had just arrived to work and realized my phone only had about an hour left of life. I knew I had to use it wisely, which I didn't. My phone died and it was only noon. I had the rest of the day to get through!
I began the hunt for a charger. I purchased an extra one from iLuv (http://www.i-luv.com/product_list.asp?xsub=3&category_cd=t2&cat_lev=1), but it wasn't going to reach me in time. I needed one now! No one had an extra one to let me borrow; it was unbelievable. I felt so lost without my phone, having a computer was not enough. I couldn't run home and I was starting to go nuts.
This is when I knew I was addicted to my phone. I don't care what you say because I bet you are too. Let your phone die and then try to go a day without, and then tell me how you feel. It's not a good feeling. I felt so unconnected to the world around me. I learned my lesson and bought another charger so I would never have to go through this again.
